Functions and Duties:

1. Conduct research on child rights and protection, as well as apply and implement related issues; Advise functional agencies to build models of managing child rights implementation and protection; Organize and conduct surveys, evaluate and critise scientific research topics, projects and programs on child rights protection and promotion related fields.
2. Provide services on consultancy, support and experimental application of child rights protection; Improve capacity of children and juvenile in community; Advise organizations and individuals in special or difficult circumstances on knowledge and life skills; Provide legal support on child rights; Contribute to implementation of social equality in education, recreation and social activities for children under the law.
3. Organize training and intensive courses on children protection, care and education; Provide solutions for assisting children in special circumstances, ethnic minorities and remote areas children
4. Take part in developing, compiling documents and carrying out training activities to enhance people’s knowledge and community capacity on child rights promotion
5. Associate and cooperate with domestic and international organizations and individuals to organize scientific conferences, seminars on child rights and community development
6. Communicate and propagandize issues related to child rights protection and promotion under the law
We are carrying out diverse activities: Conducting training courses on child accident prevention; Advising on service system and community based child protection network; Enhancing young people’s awareness on sex, reproductive health and HIV/AIDs by prevention education; Life skills education; Sex education and reproductive health for youth; Implementing intervention programs, supporting children in special circumstances, children delinquency, children with autism and children with behavior disorders…; Implementing projects and activities relating to children; Advising, designing, developing and administrating website and software relevant to child protection and education; supporting and building capacity  on activities for organizations and individuals working in the field of child protection, care  and education…
